The AI Chatbot comes with many unique features that you can easily toggle on or off at any time.
It allows your users to copy messages from the AI assistant, enhancing the user experience significantly.
Chat history is a unique feature for embeddable AI tools. You can utilize the chat history feature in your embeds in two ways. By default, we create your embeds without the chat history feature enabled. However, you have the flexibility to turn it on or off and adjust your selection whenever you wish.
Password Protected
You can create a password-protected chat history for your users. Each user will have a unique chat history secured with an unique encrypted code. This feature enables you to establish your own chat hub, allowing users to engage with their personal data.
Public Access
You can use history as public. This means that everyone will see previous chat histories.
If you use sensitive data, this feature can cause security issues.
User ID
With selecting this setting and manually putting the muser
parameter in the iframe URL matched with the user's ID, we at Aicado associate the user's information with their ID on your app and link it to their chat history. This way, each time the user uses the chatbot, they can securely see their own history without needing to enter any password information. This method provides a seamless and secure experience for your users.
Set a limit on the number of messages that can be sent from a single device through the iframe and chat bubble. This limit aims to prevent misuse and will only apply to users on your embed, without impacting your usage on aicado.ai - playground.

We use a training assistant to train your chatbot with your data. Here's a guide to the various methods supported by Aicado:
Adding Entire Website or Single Page or Crawl via Sitemap We can crawl your entire website, a single page, or use your sitemap to target specific sections. However, each page crawl consumes 1 credit. We suggest adding only your support center content to ensure the bot learns from the most relevant information.
Adding Custom Text Content If you need to add custom text to enhance the AI's knowledge about specific topics, you can simply input the text into the training assistant. This method allows for personalized training, aligning the bot with your specific needs and preferences.
Adding JSON or NDJSON You can also enhance the AI's knowledge by adding data in JSON or NDJSON format. This method allows for structured input that can be tailored to your specific requirements.
Adding PDF Content You can add PDF files containing important information to train the AI. Whether it's product manuals, guides, or other textual data, this feature enables the bot to learn directly from your existing documents.
If users cannot get answers from the AI, you can track these interactions in the inbox and add the unanswered questions as custom questions and answers. This enables the AI to learn from real interactions, continually improving its ability to assist users.
