# Refund Policy

Aicado provides AI services through monthly subscription add-ons and one-time credit purchases. Credits purchased as one-time payments remain in your account indefinitely.

Monthly subscriptions automatically renew using the payment method on record unless you make changes or terminate the service. Non-usage of the service does not constitute cancellation. You can modify or cancel your subscription by contacting <support@aicado.ai>.

Monthly subscription add-ons can be cancelled at any time. For subscription changes, upgrades take effect immediately while downgrades become effective at the next renewal date.

One-time credit purchases are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another user.

Aicado's Privacy Policy is an integral part of this agreement and applies to all services.
